Q: How can I tell what service I received previously versus what the new menu calls it?
A: Here is a list of previous services to the new ones:

Q: I need to correct a color I have, what option do I choose?
A: We would love to help you navigate a color correction wether from another salon or from a DIY experience to start this process we would have you book a color consultation and then would pick the best service during that session. Consultations are a $30 fee.
Q: Why is there a + next to most services?
A: all of our pricing is a starting at rate and can increase for numerous factors including but not limited to extra product, extra time, additional services being added and we make sure to be clear if and when that is needed.
Q: I also need a color to cover my greys or shift my base color with my highlights or lowlights, how do I book this?
A: Simply book the Mini Dimensional Color, Partial Dimensional Color or Full Dimensional Color and during the appointment let your stylist know, we have the time allowed and will just simply add the cost for this service to your appointment.
Q: I want Lowlights not Highlights how do I book that? What if I want both Highlights and Lowlights?
A: All dimensional colors are for highlight or low lights so simply pick the amount of dimension you'd like to see. If you want both just simply select the amount of dimension and let your artist know that you'd like both during your appointment. we suggest Partial Dimensional Color or Full Dimensional Color for both highlights and lowlights.
Q: I would like rainbow, unicorn or some other vivd hair, how do I book that?
A: Since this service can require multiple steps including lightening and applying multiple vivid colors applied to the hair this process would need to start with a color consultation to determine the exact process needed with your hair and the cost and timing required. Consultations are a $30 fee.
